Simple Questions Make A Difference

  • Are you the only owner or do you have a business partner?
  • What is your official business name?
  • Are you a corporation, an LLC or a sole proprietor?
  • What is your business address?
  • Will your equipment be located at this location or another location?
  • Would there be anything concerning your credit that you would like me to know?
